Asbestos Audits, Registers and Management

Involve the identification and risk assessment of asbestos material by a HAZMAT consultant and development of a plan to manage those risks. Any building constructed prior to 1990 is at risk of containing asbestos material and any persons conducting or undertaking business at a premises containing asbestos material has a statutory obligation to identify those materials and keep an onsite asbestos register.

Hazardous Material Surveys, Registers and Management

Comprises the surveying of building construction materials by identifying the type, location and extent of hazardous materials. After the identification of hazardous materials a risk assessment is made. A hazardous material survey must be undertaken prior to any demolition or major refurbishment by an experienced HAZMAT professional to protect workers, the public and the surrounding environment.

Airborne Contaminant Monitoring

Many materials and conditions can cause the release of airborne hazardous materials including airborne asbestos fibres, airborne SMF, lead dust, respirable particulates, inhalable particulates, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs).

Hazardous Material Remediation

Environmental Site Services provides clients with the tools to manage the removal or abatement of hazardous materials including management plans and provision of expert guidance for removal/remediation to ensure safety of workers and the public.
